Founded in 1923, this is the name which more than any other represents Lambrusco DOC. In the ’70s, the winery grew to bring together various social wineries, with a view to centralising production and lowering costs. In 2012, in the wake of its merging with the Cantina di Carpi, the new Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara brand was formed, and which today is a synonym of quality and the perfect coupling between tradition and innovation.
